“ Flavorful Japanese food. Ordered the Katsu Curry. The vegetable curry rice had tons of flavor and the Fried pork cutlet was fried to perfection. Every bit of this meal was delicious. Will definitely be back. Instagram: food_and_travel0 ”
“ So yummy and reasonably priced for the fact that it's delicious and homemade. So happy. Katsu curry with pork is my new fave ”
“ I saw them on Instagram and decided to check them out. I have low expectations for the food and service, and a lot of food trucks can be short with the customers. Once the food came out, the presentation was spectacular!! They were super friendly and clean, and they were very impressionable. I grabbed the chicken karaage bowl and katsu curry bowl. I had this weird looking soda that was unnecessarily good... it reminded me of a Brazilian lemonade (light on the lemon flavor) fused with a light cream soda. .................................................................................... Long story short, you gotta swing by for lunch! By the way, I didn't even finish all the food, and it definitely reheated well!! ”
“ I arrived for my very first Uncle Buda experience as they were opening up for the day. After a warm welcome I ordered their Thursday special, Yakisoba. I'm from the Pacific Northwest and up there Yakisoba is everywhere and it's one of my all time favorite noodle dishes. Uncle Buda nailed it! The sauce is sweet and savory, with bursts of fresh ginger. The noodles were perfect. My only complaint? I ate the whole thing in one sitting if you haven't tried this spot yet, I highly recommend it. Also of note, there are places to sit and eat outside, which is lovely, but I drove all the way home to Kyle before eating and it was still super hot!! ”
“ Consistently the BEST when we need authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine! Our whole family loves the food as well as the good vibes and warm smiles from the owners and chefs. ”
“ Curry was delicious! I ordered mine with mozzarella and it was nice and melty still by the time I got home. Will definitely be coming back ”
“ I wasn't planning on eating here but boy am I glad I did.. It was fate! I got the Oyakodon and it was delish! The umami flavor in this dish is phenomenal.. So savory. Will definitely be coming back! Fyi.. Photo is from their Instagram, but accurate.. I was hungry.. No time for photos.. Haha. ”
“ After driving by so many times finally checked out their Instagram and placed an order. The photos did not disappoint. My favorite was the chicken karaage! Crispy, hot, and the dipping sauce pairs so well. The sauce that was in the katsudon was delicious on the rice. The katsu curry was perfect. I make the curry at home and it was so nice to have somewhere close by serving it! I can't wait to try their other dishes. They had an game console where I played Mario Bros while waiting and I was enjoying the wait! I wish it wasnt too hot so we could've eaten there to get the crispy crunch on the katsu, but it was still very good! ”
